Larry Shafer opened the Ohio Title Johnstown office in January 1992. He is a practicing attorney with over 28 years of experience in the areas of real estate and title insurance, estate planning and probate and formation and representation of small businesses. Mr. Shafer has served as Village Solicitor for the Village of Johnstown and as a member of the St. Alban’s Township Zoning Commission. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Licking County Bar Association. He has been a speaker on various real estate law topics for the Ohio Legal Center Institute, The People’s Law School, the Columbus Bar Association and First American Title Insurance Company. He is the parent of two sons, Jacob and Andrew.
